“Knee replacement surgery helps many patients to lead a life with less pain, decreased need for medications, and a better quality of life. Unfortunately, some patients find it difficult to overcome challenges around surgery and during their recovery, putting them at risk for persistent pain and dissatisfaction. In our study, we aim to provide patient centred care using multiple strategies throughout their surgical journey, including personalized pain management strategies. As a result, we hope to achieve better outcomes and more satisfied patients.”
